Functionalities and services
Hardware device: includes a hardware device with a license that meets the requirements established for category X. Cybersecurity, as well as encryption at rest to ensure the privacy of stored data and documents.
Minimum device requirements: Processor with a minimum of 4 physical cores and a maximum clock speed (CPU clock) of 2.9 GHz, 16 GB DDR4 RAM, 512 GB NVMe SSD internal storage, professional operating system, dedicated or integrated graphics card with a minimum resolution of Full HD, wireless connectivity compatible with Wi-Fi 6 or higher, and other specific requirements.
Training in AI and security: includes AI training in the field of security process management, lasting 20 hours over two months.
Publicity requirements: the device must have engraving or a label indicating funding by the European Union-Next Generation EU and other relevant logos.
Maintenance and support requirements: the provider must provide a maintenance and support service from the delivery of the devices until the completion of phase 2, including remote or on-site support and necessary repairs.
Cybersecurity requirements: the device must incorporate a cybersecurity solution with features such as antimalware, antispyware, secure email, secure browsing, threat analysis and detection, network monitoring, and initial configuration and security updates.
