  • Management of potential clients (Leads): manually or through file import.
  • Management of clients: trace commercial activity from the opening of the opportunity to the simulation of products/services and their hiring.
  • Management of opportunities: all real business opportunities.
  • Commercial actions or tasks: possibility to create commercial actions and tasks (manual or automatically generated from the sales workflow assigned to the opportunity).
  • Reporting, planning, and commercial monitoring: different levels of information aggregation.
  • Alerts: visualize client alerts in graphic format of different typologies.
  • Document management: commercial and document management software to have all the information organized in one place.
  • Integration with various platforms: availability of APIs or Web Services for the consolidation of information and data of the entire company.
  • Responsive web (mobile/tablet): designed web pages must be functional on both personal computers and mobile devices.
  • Predictive Lead Scoring: the tool should use artificial intelligence for the historical evaluation of sales data and client behavior to predict and highlight the most promising opportunities.
  • Automation of meetings and tasks: the tool should automate the process of scheduling appointments with clients and facilitate coordination between internal teams and clients.
  • Automation of sales journeys: artificial intelligence should automate tasks such as the management of commercial tasks and opportunities; classification of emails and their automatic response; updating of records and assigning tasks to the commercial network.
  • Integration with the Client Management platform: availability of APIs or Web Services for the consolidation of information and data.
  • Data, privacy, and security: complies with existing commitments with the solution's beneficiaries, including GDPR and the data limits stipulated in the EC.
  • Design of AI systems: providers will ensure that AI systems intended to interact directly with physical persons are designed in such a way that these persons are informed that they are interacting with an AI system.
  • AI technical documentation: all AI model providers must provide technical documentation, usage instructions, comply with the Copyright Directive.
  • AI training: training to prepare employees on the described functionalities, including:
    • Basic fundamentals: approach to current regulations and derived ethical and security risks.
    • Specific training in: predictive management of current clients, potential (leads) and opportunities, automation of meetings, sales journey tasks (classification of emails, automatic response, updating of records and assignment of tasks to the commercial network), chatbots (FAQs), intelligent document management.
    • Duration: training will last a total of 20 hours over two months for each of the users defined by segment.
    • Human instructor: both in-person and online, the training will be given by a human instructor available to users.
    • Completion certificate: a certificate of acquired AI capabilities in client management will be delivered upon completion of the training.

  • 50 < 100 workers: 18.000€ (10 users and at least training for 3)
  • 100 < 250 workers: 24.000€ (15 users and at least training for 5)
